    Today’s carpets are available in a variety of new styles, from cut & loop textured patterns and thick cable yarn textures, to elegant saxonies and textured loops.  Even shags have made a reincarnation, and many two-toned options are available in short and ultra-thick styles.  Stainmaster created a new soft yarn nylon fiber called Tactesse® in 2002 to give you carpet that can add a luxurious cotton-like feel to any room in your home.  Today, the majority of our Stainmaster carpets use Tactesse® yarn.
